A house in South Kensington was converted into 5 apartments, each equipped with individual flow monitors and shut-off valves to manage water usage and minimise potential water damage.

• Real-time Monitoring: Homeowners can monitor water usage and receive alerts via a mobile app.
• AI Integration: The app uses artificial intelligence to learn water usage patterns, identifying anomalies and automatically alerting users through email and SMS.
• Automatic Shut-off: If no response is received within 15 minutes, the system can shut off the water supply to prevent further damage.

The leak detection system doesn’t prevent leaks but minimises damage by stopping water flow swiftly. Claims for escape of water incidents can be reduced by an estimated 90% with this system.
