Cadogan Leak Detection is a result of Chris and Malcolm’s combined industry knowledge, Blending 20 years of installing technology with their unique understanding of luxury homes.

Providing the best possible systems to mitigate large escape of water events, ensuring homeowners have support and protection with service at the cornerstone of everything they do.

Malcolm Stewart

Malcolm has worked in the London luxury residential property market since 2000. In 2004 he set up an Audio-Visual company (Knightsbridge Audio Visual) to carry out high end installations in London and Country Houses.

In 2012 he set up Kensington Security Doors to provide physical protection to the homes he was installing AV systems into. Also in 2012 he had a huge escape of water in his home in Fulham; that is when he installed his first leak detection system.

Chris Wardrop

Chris is a founding director of Cadogan, he draws on his experience as a HNW insurance broker, assisting families to look after their homes and possessions and understands all too well the distress and upheaval a large escape of water claim can cause.
